Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Punjab Boxes Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordination and Organisation: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Arrange for maintenance and repair work, and resolve work problems to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to improve their skills.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure high productivity.
  • Procurement and Inventory: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, and organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
