Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at 112792 Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate and manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Logistics and Operations: Plan, coordinate, and execute warehouse operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
