About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
  • Provide personalized and unique shopping experiences for customers, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new releases and promotions.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance to ensure a clean and attractive store environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
