Sunglass Hut, a global leader in the sale of premium sunglasses, has partnered with Bass Pro Shops to open Sunglass Hut shop-in-shops inside Bass Pro stores across North America.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide an authentic and energized customer experience, helping customers find premium quality eyewear.
- Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships.
- Actively participate in a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
- Take pride in the appearance of the store, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
- Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Embrace new technology and change with high accuracy
- Self-accountability for sales results through use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Self-Motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task; ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
