GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates play a crucial role in the success of Sunglass Hut. You will deliver an authentic, engaging, and energetic experience to every customer while assisting them in selecting premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Consistently achieve sales targets and company goals by nurturing both new and existing customer relationships, thereby enhancing brand loyalty. Provide an outstanding customer experience by establishing connections, paying attention to detail, and offering a personalized shopping journey that leads to customer satisfaction. Actively contribute to a positive store atmosphere, building strong, professional relationships with colleagues and management. Take pride in maintaining the store's appearance, showing initiative to keep displays and inventory organized, clean, and visually appealing. Safeguard all company assets under your control. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and team members with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED Adaptability to new technologies and changes with a high degree of accuracy Accountability for sales performance through effective selling techniques and a commitment to achieving goals. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a fast-paced environment

​Pay Range:

Employee compensation is determined by various factors, including geographic location, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage laws. Additionally, you may be eligible for a competitive bonus and/or commission structure, complementing a comprehensive total rewards package.
