Job Title: Sales Associate Sunglass Hut

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive and memorable experience in our store.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and making recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and by promoting our brand and products to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, trends, and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
