GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates play a crucial role in the success of Sunglass Hut. You will deliver an authentic, enjoyable, and energetic experience to every customer while assisting them in selecting premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Consistently achieve sales targets and company goals by nurturing new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty. Provide an outstanding customer experience by establishing connections, paying attention to detail, and offering a personalized shopping journey that leads to customer satisfaction. Actively engage in creating a positive store atmosphere, fostering strong, professional relationships with colleagues and management. Take pride in maintaining the store's appearance, showing initiative to keep displays and inventory organized, clean, and visually appealing. Safeguard all company assets under your control. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and coworkers with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED Adapt to new technologies and changes with a high degree of accuracy Demonstrate accountability for sales outcomes through effective selling skills and a commitment to achieving goals. Strong communication abilities (both verbal and written) Self-motivated with a proven capacity to manage multiple tasks; ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment

​Pay Range:

Employee compensation is determined by various factors, including location, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage standards. Additionally, you may be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission structure, complementing a comprehensive total rewards package.
