Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Hearthstone Community Group, Inc.

Job Summary:

The Home Support Worker will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, household chores, and other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Assist with laundry and linen management
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support clients' independence and well-being
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • First Aid Certificate
Work Environment:

The Home Support Worker will work in clients' homes, providing one-on-one support and care. The work environment will be fast-paced and dynamic, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
