Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Hearthstone Community Group, Inc.

Job Summary:

The Home Support Worker will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Assist with medication management and administration
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Work Environment:

The Home Support Worker will work in clients' homes, providing care and support in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
