About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Hearthstone Community Group, Inc. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Administer medications and assist with medical procedures, as required.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • First Aid Certificate.
