Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, inventory, and supplies, ensuring accurate records and minimizing waste.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing initiatives and sales promotions, driving sales growth and increasing customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale systems.
