About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant managers to share best practices and improve overall performance.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for growth and improvement within the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
