Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Kenora Pizza LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement efficient systems and procedures to manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
    • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and train a team of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of quality and customer service.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including prompt and friendly service, accurate orders, and a clean and welcoming dining environment.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment.
    • Monitor and control inventory costs, including waste and spoilage.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on restaurant operations, including sales, labor, and inventory data.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel. The ability to work in a physically demanding environment is essential.
