About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to join our team at CB Canada. As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our clients' mobility devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair
    • Create service orders and quotes in our NAV system
    • Assess and troubleshoot issues with mobility devices
    • Repair manual and power devices and equipment
  • Deliver a Motion Customer Experience
    • Provide outstanding customer service and support
    • Build trusting relationships with clients
    • Ensure client needs are met and exceeded
  • Be Flexible and Mobile
    • Travel to different sites and client homes within a 1.5 hour driving distance of Sault Ste-Marie
    • Occasional longer trips may be required
Requirements
  • Technical Skills
    • Previous experience in a customer service role
    • Exposure to diagnostic tools and mechanical repairs
    • Interest in or knowledge of mobility products
    • Exposure to Navision or other ERP systems is considered an asset
  • Empathy
    • Ability to navigate any situation in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner
  • Additional Requirements
    • Lift up to 50 pounds to move or repair equipment and devices
    • Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record
    • Clean criminal background check and bondable
