About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Service Technician to join our team in Sault Ste-Marie. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, troubleshooting and repairing mobility equipment, and providing empathetic support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mobility equipment, including wheelchairs, scooters, and home accessibility devices.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through honest, respectful, and friendly interactions.
  • Travel to client sites and work independently, with occasional longer trips.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role and exposure to diagnostic tools and mechanical repairs.
  • Empathy and ability to navigate complex situations with compassion and professionalism.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
