As a HVAC Apprentice and Technician with Reliance Home Comfort, you will become an integral part of our team and play a crucial role in providing top-notch home comfort solutions to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and grow as a valuable member of our team, working closely with experienced technicians to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Responsible for servicing HVAC equipment, accessory items, and performing general inspections of appliances for residential customers.
  • Perform other duties as required by your supervisor or designate, ensuring the safe operation of all new installations and instructing customers on proper care and maintenance.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Explain the benefits of newer, high-efficiency equipment to customers, promoting our products and services on every call.
  • Maintain company vehicles to a neat, clean, and safe standard, ensuring a positive representation of our brand.

What We're Looking For:

  • A growth mindset, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
  • Must meet company requirements with respect to general qualifications and have completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Must be an installer or technician, registered in the Apprenticeship program, and accepted by OCOT.
  • Must be effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrollments, with demonstrated technical, customer service skills, and company metrics in current and previous roles.
  • Must have a valid full G Driver's License and be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications, and demonstrate the ability to understand and learn new technologies.
