About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Sault Ste-Marie. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the safe and proper functioning of mobility devices and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mobility devices and equipment, including wheelchairs, scooters, and home accessibility equipment.
  • Assess and troubleshoot issues clients may be having with their devices.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that client needs are met.
  • Travel to different sites and client homes within a 1.5 hour driving distance of Sault Ste-Marie, with some longer trips from time to time.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role and exposure to using diagnostic tools and completing mechanical repairs.
  • Knowledge of mobility products and experience working with Navision or other ERP systems is an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel to client sites, with a valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Empathetic and able to navigate any situation in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner.
