Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our customers, ensuring their home comfort needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential HVAC systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending upgrades.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be registered in the Apprenticeship program and meet Company requirements with respect to general qualifications.
- Must be an installer or technician with a valid full G Driver's License.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
- Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to understand/learn new technologies (ie. Electronics/ electricity/pressures).
