Job Title: IT Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Field Service Technician to join our team at MBI I.T. Services. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • System Maintenance and Monitoring: Continuously monitor and maintain systems for multiple sites to prevent downtime, identifying and troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network performance.
  • Liaison with Vendors: Collaborate with third-party vendors for support, repairs, and modifications of systems and services as needed.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for in-court technologies, such as video conferencing, electronic evidentiary display systems, and closed-circuit television.
  • Equipment Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and test equipment, including peripherals and software.
Requirements:
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, network topologies, remote administration tools, and maintenance operations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze, diagnose, and resolve system performance problems, providing troubleshooting and end-user support.
Nice to Have:
  • Education and Certifications: College diploma or university degree in computer science and/or information technologies, or equivalent work experience. CompTIA A+ certifications and Cisco or Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Compensation: $30-$34/hour
