Talent Acquisition Operations Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our People & Culture team in Montreal. As a key member of our team, you will leverage data insights and collaborate with the Talent Insights team to identify trends and improvement opportunities. You will provide actionable insights to regional TA Leaders and business leaders, empowering them to make informed hiring decisions.
Talent Acquisition StrategyDevelop and execute a comprehensive TA strategy to optimize operations, including:
- Leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making
- Collaborating with the Talent Insights team to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Design and develop onboarding and training materials to ensure consistency and ensure our TA teams are set up for success. Centralize, update, and maintain all TA processes, policies, and documentation in a TA knowledge hub. Coordinate training to the business and maintenance of Lightspeed Labs content.
TA Team Performance & ReportingResponsibility for TA capacity planning, including target setting with TA Leaders and monitoring team performance. Provide insights to TA Leaders on candidate surveys and team performance to identify opportunities. Utilize AI and automation to enhance productivity and efficiency in the TA function.
