We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our People & Culture team in Montreal.

This role will partner closely with our TA leaders, talent partners, and coordinators to achieve growth and hiring goals by optimizing our TA tech stack, reporting, target setting framework, establishing effective processes, and minimizing operational friction.

The successful candidate will use data and partner with the Talent Insights team to identify trends and improvement opportunities and will provide insights to regional TA Leaders and business leaders, empowering them to make informed hiring decisions.

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop the overall strategy for optimizing TA Operations, leveraging data insights, collaboration, best practices, and market trends.
  • Utilize tools and automation to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Elevate the team by providing training and development opportunities.

Talent Acquisition Team Enablement

  • Design and develop onboarding and training materials for the TA Team to ensure consistency and set them up for success.
  • Centralize, update, and maintain all TA processes, policies, and documentation into a TA knowledge Hub.
  • Ensure consistency in TA processes, including position descriptions, job advertisements, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate training to the business and maintain Lightspeed Labs content.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the TA Technology Stack and work closely with vendors to drive adoption, user success, and ROI.

TA Team Performance & Reporting

  • Responsibility for TA capacity planning, including target setting with TA Leaders and monitoring team performance.
  • Completion of TA Reporting and Dashboards, including Super Monday, Month-end, and quarterly reports, and TA dashboards.
  • Provide insights to TA Leaders on candidate surveys and team performance to identify opportunities.
  • Utilize AI and automation to drive productivity and efficiency in the TA function.
  • Partner with the Talent Insights team to align on reporting tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Talent Sourcing Strategy

  • Partner with the DEI Director and Senior Manager, TA, to support key global DEI initiatives.
  • DEI data tracking and reporting.

We're looking for a candidate who has experience leading a successful TA team and/or TA operations remit in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading internal and external EVP initiatives and campaigns, as well as experience building and maintaining strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, partners, and candidates.
