We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our People & Culture team in Montreal. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Partner with our TA leaders, talent partners, and coordinators to optimize our TA tech stack, reporting, target setting framework, and establish effective processes.
  • Use data and partner with the Talent Insights team to identify trends and improvement opportunities, and provide insights to regional TA Leaders and business leaders to inform hiring decisions.
  • Drive Lightspeed EVP and social strategy globally to attract top talent, while supporting DEI initiatives.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the TA Technology Stack (Greenhouse, GoodTime, LinkedIn Recruiter etc) and work closely with our vendors to drive adoption rate, user success, and ROI.
  • Coordinate training to the business (regional workshops), and maintenance of Lightspeed Labs content (i.e. Hiring in Action Workshop /Leader and Interviewer's guide to hiring).
  • Provide insights to TA Leaders on candidate surveys and their team performance to identify opportunities.
  • Utilize AI and leverage automations where possible to allow for more productivity and efficiency in the TA function.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a successful TA team and/or TA operations remit in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading internal and external EVP initiatives and campaigns.
  • Workday and Adaptive experience is an asset.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, partners, and candidates.
  • Contract management/agency vendor experience.
  • An authentic commitment to driving programs and processes dedicated to building a diverse candidate pool.
  • Passion and dedication to establishing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Expert knowledge of ATS, workflow design, and workforce planning.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Excel.
