We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Panjabi Foods Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic and special reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Organized and a team player
