Senior Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Panjabi Foods Ltd. This role is responsible for coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and ensuring procedures are followed.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in office administration and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $40,000-$60,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
Job Description:
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and assist in the preparation of operating budgets.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and oversee payroll administration.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures, and resolve conflict situations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
