Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between initial sales processes and post-sales customer experience. You will work closely with our internal Application Solutions team to provide a world-class sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Account Executives to gauge customer needs and understand their Operational Intelligence (OI) requirements and technical plant design.
- Provide as-needed support for the onboarding process, including user training and addressing any technical hitches that may arise.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and the Customer Success team during Quarterly Value Reviews (QVRs), providing technical proofs of customer value creation.
- Organize and conduct webinars and training sessions in tandem with the product and CS teams.
- Design and articulate value narratives specific to customers obtaining value from using Pani Zed.
Requirements
- Experience with B2B sales at any stage within the customer journey.
- Experience working for a SaaS startup.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive total rewards package, including comprehensive health and dental benefits and paid time off. The annualized base salary range for this role is CAD $50,000 to $100,000 with the potential for a commission structure.
