Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Otter Technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and business development
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
