Panel Operations Specialist

Railserve, Canada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Panel Operations Specialist to join our team in Canada.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing field and functional support activities necessary to successfully load/unload various products and/or raw materials to fulfill customer's production and shipping needs. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Optimizing process parameters
  • Troubleshooting system issues
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Partnering with on-shift Crew Lead to plan daily tasks for operational and time efficiency

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an outdoor environment, handling equipment operations and maintenance, and ensuring smooth logistics processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Run panels to support loading operations
  2. Work with other members of the department's natural work teams and subject matter experts
  3. Read and interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams
  4. Understand transfer systems including individual equipment functions
  5. Monitor Equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks

Requirements:

  • 4th Class Power Engineering preferred
  • High School diploma (or equivalent) required
  • 6+ months experience required
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
