Job Title: Pastry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Specialist to join our team at Stony Plain Dairy Queen. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work on-site.

• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Bake mixed dough and batters to meet production requirements.
• Prepare special orders for customers, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Train new staff members on pastry preparation techniques.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently to maintain productivity.
• Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a bakery or food service setting.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
