Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Cobs Bread. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that our stores are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Sales and Merchandising: Ensure that our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing, with a focus on driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Our stores are fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and multitasking skills. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be standing for extended periods and working in a team environment.
