Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Pruthvraj Inc. as a key member of our retail operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales representatives, and design team members.
- Sales Team Management: Assign sales staff to duties, oversee their performance, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that orders are fulfilled efficiently.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring that all staff are paid accurately and on time.
- Team Development: Foster a positive and productive team culture, promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration among staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a sales or retail management role is an asset.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
