Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Pruthvraj Inc. as a Sales Supervisor. This is a permanent position that requires a strong leader to oversee the sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Accurate: Ability to accurately record and report sales data.
- Client Focus: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
- Ability to Multitask: Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
