- Training and Development: Hire and train new staff, or arrange for training, to ensure that our team has the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our stores are well-stocked and our customers have access to the products they need.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
As a Sales Supervisor at Cobs Bread, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will need to be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
