Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Cobs Bread. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
