Join Our Team as a Receptionist at PARC Retirement Living

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team at PARC Retirement Living. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents, families, and visitors
  • Manage administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing paperwork
  • Coordinate resident activities and events, ensuring a vibrant and engaging community
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent
  • At least two years of reception experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
