Strategic Sales Director for Clean Energy

Toronto, Ontario, Canada Fluence Energy Full time

As a Director of Strategic Sales – Americas at Fluence Energy, you will play a critical role in expanding and accelerating our market share in the Americas region, primarily focused on Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve new customers, new markets, and cultivate existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customers, markets, and geographic territories to structure and develop cohesive sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand and target customers' needs and propose solutions to effectively meet customers' needs.
  • Monitor and report on the evolution of markets, advising Product Development and Marketing on key trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years in growth-oriented roles, with significant experience in strategic selling within the energy storage or renewable energy sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of market participants and stakeholder landscape across the region.
  • Mastery in data analysis tools and methodologies relevant to the energy market.
