Job Title: Family Law Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Law Legal Assistant to join our team at The Hiring Partner Inc. As a Family Law Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers and staff in the preparation and management of family law cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for client files and court documents.
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
  • Assist lawyers and staff with research and data entry tasks.
  • Provide administrative support for lawyers and staff, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a legal administrative role, preferably in family law.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
