Job Title: Family Law Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Law Legal Assistant to join our team at The Hiring Partner Inc.

Job Summary:

The Family Law Legal Assistant will provide administrative support to our family law team, maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems, preparing and keying in correspondence and legal documents, and performing various tasks as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system to ensure easy access to documents.
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents with high accuracy.
  • Perform various tasks as required, including data entry and document scanning.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other documents as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the family law team, including answering phones and responding to emails.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a legal administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
