Healthcare Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Pharmacy Manager to lead our team at Save-On-Foods' Stadium location in Edmonton, AB. As a valued member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring quality patient care, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the dispensary, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
- Provide clinical services, such as drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, team member scheduling, training, and management.
- Identify business strengths and patient needs, develop strategies to address them, and implement plans to drive growth.
- Enforce policies and best practices related to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
- Complete tasks required by the College of Pharmacists and adhere to Save-On-Foods' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
- A Canadian Pharmacist license and good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy management or equivalent experience as a Pharmacist.
- Fluency in Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance procedures and Injection Certification.
Compensation and Benefits:
- An estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
