About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Immigrate AI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prospect potential clients within the B2B and B2C sector, including companies, universities, and other organizations.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR managers, recruitment consultants, and business owners.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the firm's overall business objectives.
  4. Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote the firm's services and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  5. Collaborate with the legal team to understand the legal requirements of potential clients and provide them with expert advice on immigration law.
  6. Deal with new enquiries from a diverse client base.
  7. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the firm.
  8. Attend networking events, trade shows, and other relevant events to build the firm's profile and generate new business.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales.
  • Hands-on experience with sales in healthcare, real estate, immigration, etc. could be an asset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships.
  • Strong understanding of immigration law and the ability to provide expert advice to potential clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and experienced with CRMs and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in at least one foreign language.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time.
  • Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year.
  • Additional pay: Commission pay.
  • Benefits: On-site parking, Paied time off.
  • Flexible language requirement: French not required.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (required).
