At Clearway Rentals Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Support Specialist to provide day-to-day administrative support to our CEO and COO. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple tasks, from executive support to HR-related responsibilities.

About the Role:

This position will be responsible for supporting both senior executives in their day-to-day operations, as well as assisting in the HR activities led by the COO and the Director of Rentals. Additionally, you will manage Clearway's involvement in ministry and charitable outreach, ensuring our impact reaches communities both locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support:
    • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and COO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and time management.
    • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and other key events.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for the CEO and COO.
    • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, board meetings, and other special projects.
  • Ministry Oversight:
    • Oversee Clearway's ministry programs, supporting churches, missionaries, and charitable organizations locally and globally.
    • Track and manage donation records, ministry outreach activities, and partner relationships.
    • Ensure clear and consistent communication with ministry partners and internal teams.
  • HR Assistance:
    • Support the COO and Director of Rentals in HR-related responsibilities, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee communications.
    • Assist with the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
    • Help maintain employee records and assist with performance reviews and other HR documentation.
    • Coordinate training and development opportunities for employees.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Maintain efficient office operations, including supply management and filing systems.
    • Provide backup support to other administrative team members as needed.
    • Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Executive Team.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally providing assistance to executives and/or directors.
  • Experience in HR support or HR-related tasks is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of nonprofit, ministry, or charitable outreach is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with extended health benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
