About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to join our team at Artemis Design Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations and make informed decisions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor revenues and determine labour costs to optimize profitability.
  • Supervise staff and provide training to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and staffing.
  • Recruit and hire new staff members as needed.
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check required.
