Bar Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Managing Bartender to join our team at Hob Fine Foods. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our bar operations, and leading our team of bartenders.
Responsibilities:- Manage the bar area, including cleaning and maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
- Supervise and train bartenders to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to our high standards.
- Develop and implement drink menus, including wine, beer, and cocktails, to meet customer demands and preferences.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies, and maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Enforce provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and serve drinks, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of drinks.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails, and the ability to develop and implement drink menus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Basic security clearance and a criminal record check.
