Job Summary:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide personal care services, including toileting and transferring
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to healthcare providers
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning
- Transport patients to appointments and engagements
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and services provided
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in patient care or related field
- Minimum 7 months of experience in patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
