Job Title: Legal Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Support Specialist to join our team at Yoke Immigration Services Ltd. As a Legal Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and preparing correspondence and legal documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operation of the office.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and/or refugees, and Indigenous people.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
