Job Title: Family Law Content Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Family Law Content Specialist to join our team at LEAP Legal Software. As a Family Law Content Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting legal research and reporting on what our software should include to support our clientele across different provinces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and reporting on software requirements for Family Law clients
  • Meet with users to obtain feedback on family content and advise on needed changes
  • Work closely with developers to bring recommendations to reality
  • Train clients on how to use DivorceMate Software content in LEAP
  • Assist in new project work on new content initiatives

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience working in the legal industry as a lawyer within the family area of law
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience using a legal document management software program
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong commitment to deliver excellent client service
