About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned People & Culture professional to join our team at Quietly. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving our HR function and shaping our company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support our business goals
  • Collaborate with our senior leadership team to create a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Coach and develop our people leaders to build a high-performing team
  • Administer and improve our benefits programs, compensation structure, and performance management processes
  • Oversee our internal Culture Committee and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
  • Facilitate our annual compensation review cycle and employee recognition programs
  • Manage our HR documentation, including our employee handbook and policies
  • Support our Office Coordinator in maintaining our workspace and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Generalist, or Manager in a tech/creative company or marketing/PR agency
  • CPHR designation or working towards it
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, with a track record of building trust and relationships at all levels
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on clear and concise communication
  • Ability to advocate for the team and challenge senior leadership when necessary
What We Offer

We're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and equitable. We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000–$95,000 CAD per year, depending on experience. Our headquarters are located in a beautiful converted live-work space in historic Gastown, with a gorgeous rooftop patio and accessible spaces.
