Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at One Stop Convenience & Grocery Store.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional to take on a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our store. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing daily operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Administration: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, maintaining databases, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Daily Operations: Assist with planning and organizing daily operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and electronic enquiries, and relaying messages.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the store.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
