Culinary Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and safe food service environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage inventory and place orders for supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality, preferably in a supervisory role.
