About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our sales team as a Sales Development Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and procurement teams
  • Conduct high-level discovery and educational conversations to understand client needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and account executives to develop targeted sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 4-year university degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, sales, and/or marketing
  • Experience working in sustainability, CSR, or B2B procurement is a plus
  • Cold-calling experience and proficiency in sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities
