Job Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of a Spirit Halloween store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This includes establishing and maintaining guest services, controlling expenses, and managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals
• Establish and maintain guest services to ensure a positive customer experience
• Control expenses to maximize profitability
• Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, and staffing
• Set up, pack up, and teardown of the store

Requirements:

• Prior retail management experience required
• Minimum age requirement is 21
• Must have a flexible schedule
• Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds

Important Note:

The store you will be working with is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.
